Which social media platform do you think best suits property management marketing and why?
I’d say Facebook is the best for property management marketing because that’s where most people actually look for houses and rentals, especially through Marketplace. Instagram is great for showing off nice photos and videos of properties, while LinkedIn works better if you’re targeting landlords or investors. So if I had to pick one, Facebook gives the widest reach and most direct leads.

By tagging people and using edits
