Interview Questions
Deep Blue.
Content Creator for Sustainable Streetwear Brand

If you were hired, how would you approach building out a content plan for Deep Blue?
If I were hired, I would start by understanding Deep Blue’s story and audience, since streetwear is as much about culture as clothing. I would build content pillars around sustainability, style identity, community, and education. For execution, I would focus on short-form video and user generated content on TikTok and Instagram, educational carousels to highlight impact, and collaborations with micro creators to grow reach. The goal would be to make Deep Blue not just a clothing brand but a movement people want to be part of.

What do you think is more important for a brand: going viral or building consistent community engagement? Why?
I think building consistent community engagement is far more important for a brand than just going viral one time. Trends come and go, and with this some companies go viral, but if they aren't able to maintain a consistent customer base and community, they won't be able to survive after the hype dies down. Having consistent community engagement is crucial to keep a positive image around the brand as well as interact more with customers and create a better overall environment that shows consumers that it's not just a company selling you things, but rather a community they can be apart of.

College Campus Interviews

How comfortable Are You With going around campus to conduct interviews?
I'm pretty comfortable with this as it seems like a new way to meet people who I otherwise wouldn't have met.
