During my internship at Buyamia in Bali, I demonstrated project management skills by collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team made up of individuals from France, Australia, the Netherlands, and more. We planned and executed content strategies tailored to our target audience in the construction and hospitality industries. I visited active construction sites to capture project progress and create visually compelling content. I also sat in on project development meetings, gaining exposure to sourcing and logistics. In addition, I led high-volume cold calling initiatives, managed follow-ups, and tracked client engagement, sharpening my time management and communication skills no matter the language barrier in some cases.
