What does your meditation and/or breathwork practice look like?

As a stressed-out college student, my approach to mental health revolves around meditation and breathwork, combining modern practices with the demands of my academic life. Each morning, I kickstart my day with a moment of mindfulness, focusing on gratitude and setting intentions for what lies ahead. I incorporate breathwork techniques like deep diaphragmatic breathing to center myself and prepare for the challenges of the day. Throughout my schedule, I make it a point to take short breaks for mindfulness, closing my eyes and taking conscious breaths to recenter. During intense moments, I turn to mantra meditation as a way to refocus my mind and stay grounded. In the evenings, I prioritize guided meditation sessions that cater to my specific needs, helping me unwind and alleviate stress. My bedtime routine includes calming breathing exercises that slow down my mind and body.
