What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?
I would love to see Glossier, I think so many fun events could be planned around a lot of their products. I think expanding to more arts based brands/gigs would be really awesome to see.

I like to remember customers are people too, so empathy is key while being rational. Making sure to keep the conversation solution or goal focused and productive!

Why do you love aquaphor?
I have extremely chronically chapped lips. Aquaphor fits in my purse, backpack and even my jean pocket. There are so many sizes to choose from and the big tubes last me forever. Not only do I use it on my lips, but I use it on extremely dry parts of my body during winter. I love that I can put it on at night and wake up with smooth refreshed skin or lips all because I took five extra minutes to apply some during self care.
