Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
Both as a Resident Assistant and a former PR intern, I have experience using platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. As a Resident Assistant, I use Instagram to promote building events and to communicate with residents. A large part of this was measuring resident engagement and changing my strategy around that. As a PR intern, I assisted in created LinkedIn posts and developing social media strategies.
