What does nutrition and wellness mean to you?
As someone who is on a journey to become the healthiest version of myself, nutrition and wellness mean a lot to me. You feel so much better when you are taking things into your body that are good for you and your soul. If you feel good on the inside, it naturally spreads to the outside.

Do you think reviews are important when buying a product?
I am someone who almost always looks at the reviews for a product before purchasing. Reviews can have a big influence (positive or negative) on the sales of a product. Reviews to me have swayed my judgement and purchase on many products in my life.
