You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
In case I do not like the product, I would proceed through carefully continuing the use of the product a few times, while analyzing why the product does not work for me. I would notify the pharmacist or the person that studies the results of the product testing.
