3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?

I work as a Junior Marketing Associate for the Consumer Marketing Intelligence team at L’Oréal specifically for hair care. I am constantly surrounded by the market needs, ingredient discovery and consumer priorities and follow up on articles, threads, hashtag on these topics specifically. I have 2A/B curly hair, my mother and sister has has 3B/C hair and my partner has 4B hair. Not knowing about curly hair was never an option :)

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?

As I am targets coily/curly consumers specifically. The products have research on that hair type, and I would ensure that the brand has done its due diligence and use my knowledge of curly hair to help them feel comfortable to make the purchase.
