What is the most creative gifting initiative you've seen a brand execute?

It’s hard sometimes for pr kids to stand out because of the endless unboxing videos I see scroll past my feed on TikTok and Instagram. But the aspects of gifting initiatives that stand out are when an experience is included in the concept. It doesn’t have to be the biggest haul or the most expensive items to be the most memorable. I’ve see alcohol brands include all the material for a bartending workshop or an Emily in Paris box giving you a Parisian picnic in the park. These kinds of gifts also allow for more content then just the unboxing - and I think that’s really thinking outside of the box ( pun intended). P.S. I LOVE VACATION - I have an air freshener in my car at all times !

Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.

Working with a very small, slightly unorganized company, as the eldest of the newly hired group of interns, I saw the struggle due to poor communication from supervisor to intern team, and became the point of communication to then help and assist the interns with what the supervisors actually wanted.
