What are your favorite aspects to look for when tasting wine?
When tasting wine, I like paying attention to the aroma first because it tells you alot about the character of the wine. I also focus on the flavor balance, how sweet, sour, or bold it feels, and the smoothness of the finish. I enjoy noticing how all the notes come together, because each wine has its own personality.
