I have worked in customer service for many years, so although I have never sold a product, I know very well how to talk to people in order to upsell items and push certain higher charged products (such as alcohol) towards them :)

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?
I try to see what trends are currently popular and will follow those. Some examples I currently have would be gender reveals/pregnancy announcements/ engagement announcements, or when any holiday comes up (ie: national girlfriend day) I would post a video to promote the company.

A piece of content I made that got more engagement than usual was my pregnancy announcement video on my instagram story. I think the genuine reaction and love from me and my husband made it successful.
