Poparazzi Profile Image

If you were the marketing manager for Poparazzi, describe where you would focus the majority of your resources for a fall launch on your campus?

If I was the marketing manager of Poparazzi, I would focus on two primary aims. The first would be to establish the uniqueness and distinct idea behind Poparazzi in comparison with leading social media apps, such as Instagram. Secondly, I would capitalise on the notion that Poparazzi goes against current ideas of social media media embodiment and the careful curation of our “online person”, through the lens of other people, therefore adding depth to our social media “presence”. I think these two aspects are what would set Poparazzi apart and etch a space in the social media sphere for such an app.

What is one creative concept that you think would resonate and excite students about Poparazzi?

I think creating events particularly as a creative venture for new users of Poparazzi and kick start posts and interest would be interesting. Creating physical spaces which reflect the atmosphere and ethos of the online space which Poparazzi would create.
