How long (Generally) does it take you to create a piece of video content?
Depends on how long it needs to be - it can take 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how much needs to be done

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt them into your content creation strategy?
I believe staying updated is done best by using social media regularly and making a note of trends and learning what works with an audience (for eg, short clips work best, the first 3 seconds need to be the hook). Being observant and being a consumer ofsocial media daily is what helps me stay updated
