Do you have an apple music subscription?

I’m currently with Spotify, but I’ve been thinking about switching to Apple Music mainly because of their karaoke mode. The idea of being able to lower the vocals and sing along with real-time lyrics sounds pretty fun, especially since I’ve been getting more into music production and vocals lately. Spotify’s great for playlists and discovery, but Apple’s features are starting to look more appealing for how I actually use music now.

Describe the way your favorite song makes your feel

When I listen to Growing Pains by Yeat, the first thing that hits me is the guitar sample. It has this gentle, almost dreamy quality that feels like drifting into a calm space. Then Yeat’s vocals come in, and instead of breaking that mood, they cut through it in a way that feels raw but still complementary. The contrast between the softness of the instrumental and the intensity of his delivery makes the song feel both soothing and heavy at the same time, like it’s carrying emotion without losing its edge.

Do you play or study music? if so, elaborate.

I play guitar and chose music as one of my electives because I wanted to understand it beyond just listening. Over time I started experimenting with producing songs on my own. I am still learning the process, but I enjoy figuring out how different sounds fit together and how a simple idea can grow into something that feels complete.
