The odour and the whitening effect of the toothpaste along with the incredients being natural rather than toxic chemicals is important to me. It should also provide sufficent cleaning and help maintain my oral hygine.

How would you describe a successful training Process?
I would say that a successsful training process is one where a clear cut objextives and goals are given to trainees which are to be completed and need to be assessed. It should be interactive and the trainees must learn experimentally with in hand experience.Also feedback must also be valued and adjustment must be done for proper training.
