Yes! I was the Events Manager for my university’s Entrepreneurship Society, where I led a major round at our national business competition, YLES. I created and ran a challenge called Ad Frenzy, where 100+ teams had to produce creative ads. I handled everything, from assigning unique companies to teams, coordinating across 15+ auditoriums, managing judges, and troubleshooting live during the event. I even brought in real brands as partners. It was a fast-paced project with a lot of moving parts, but it ran smoothly and became one of the most loved rounds of the competition.

Not yet! but I’ve been actively applying for a while now. In fact, this platform meant a lot to me even before I started university; I used to check it regularly and apply often. At the time, I believe one of the main challenges I faced was my location, which may have limited my chances.But over the past year, I’ve grown a lot, both personally and professionally. I’ve started university, built new skills, taken on creative projects, and explored what I’m capable of. And now, I’m doing everything I can to make sure that location doesn’t become a barrier. I know I have the skills and work ethic to contribute meaningfully, and that’s why I’m intentionally applying to more remote roles — so I can finally show what I’m capable of, no matter where I’m based.
