If you could redesign any everyday object (physical or digital), what would it be and how would you make it better?
Shopping carts. Why are they still so loud, clunky, and impossible to steer? I’d redesign them with better wheels that actually go straight, a quieter frame (so you’re not alerting the whole store every time you turn), and a built-in phone stand or mini shelf for your list or coffee. Even better—make the kid seat fold away cleanly when not in use, and have a little hook for bags or personal items. Just something that feels more like it’s helping you, not fighting you the whole trip.

We’re writing a blog called: “Why Most Brand Content Gets Ignored — and How to Stand Out.” What’s one point you’d include in the post?
Most brand content gets ignored because it’s trying to talk at people instead of to them. If your content feels like a sales pitch wrapped in buzzwords, people will scroll right past it. What actually stops the scroll? Realness. Talk like a human. Show you understand what your audience actually cares about. The moment your content feels relatable or even just a little different from the copy-paste brand voice, you’re already standing out.
