There are many things to consider when reviewing a product. One of the most important things to consider is its functionality and reliability. A product will more than likely fail if it does not do what it's supposed to do and it does not deliver the expected results and is inconsistent. By focusing on functionality and reliability, it will be much easier to consider other factors such as quality, durability, value for money, among others. Additionally, another thing to consider is if the product can be used by a wide range of audience, if it caters to a small specific group of individuals, it will be difficult to grow sales. However, I do believe that a company must have strong customer support in order to create products that cater to both large groups and small groups of individuals who have specific needs. For instance, the brand, PopFlex, they have built their brand for years perfecting their craft of catering to the majority, whereas now where they have a high customer retention, they are able to create products for customers who have specific needs.
