What is the most important beauty product to you today and why?
sunscreen if we are talking care, mascara if we are talking about make up. The first for self care and being protected against the sun and bad rays (although a moisturizer would have been my second choice). Mascara because it looks good on everybody and higlights the eyes.

You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
sampling and product testing takes a while. Especially considering it is health and wellness related. If after some time the product does not work for me, I would notify the team of customer service or the marketing team and tell them my concerns, after which we would be able to look for an alternative or solution.

What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
General aesthetic, first impressions matter. After, seeing how easy to use/ reliable it is. If it is better and innovative than competitors, plus any malfunciotns and possibel improvements.
