Can you provide an example of a time when your feedback led to product improvement?
this is quite the old one, but here was this local ice cream and it was like a cookie-filling-cookie kind of ice cream, i knew a manager and i told her that the cookies were to hard and all the filling would just spill from all sides. after a week or two the cookies became a lot softer nationwide thanks to her.
