How do you stay updated on social media platform trends and how would you incorporate them into DIG's content?
Honestly, I’m always on Instagram—it’s where I naturally keep up with what brands are doing, from product launches to how they’re engaging with their audience. I follow a lot of food, wellness, and lifestyle accounts, so I pick up on visual trends, tone shifts, and creative rollouts really quickly. On TikTok, I’m constantly seeing what sounds, formats, or micro-trends are picking up. Lately I’ve been noticing how food content is everywhere—especially when it’s done in a super intentional way. I think of Nara Smith’s videos, or even how fashion brands are starting to use food in their campaigns. For DIG, I’d definitely tap into that. A moment that instantly comes to mind is NYC intern season—there’s such a big crowd of young people in the city right now, trying to stay healthy and keep up with their busy schedules. I can totally see a “day in the life of a NYC intern” TikTok where DIG is their go-to lunch spot—quick, good-for-you food that still feels cool and photogenic. It’s about using what’s trending, but doing it in a way that still feels like DIG.

are you confident talking about periods, sexual wellness and bladder care?
Yes, I’m super comfortable talking about periods, sexual wellness, and/or bladder care. These are all natural parts of life, and I believe normalizing those conversations is important. At the same time, I’m also very mindful of personal boundaries—I know how to read the room and can tell when someone might not be open to the conversation. I always aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and never intrusive.
