Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience
I haven’t sold a product or service directly online or in person yet, but I’ve had experience creating content with a purpose—whether that’s encouraging someone to try a self-care habit, check out a wellness tip, or engage with a brand. I understand the importance of connecting with people in a way that feels genuine, not pushy. Through content creation, I’ve learned how to highlight value, speak to people’s needs, and build trust—all of which are key to successful selling. I’m excited to grow in this area and apply those same principles to promote something I truly believe in.

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?
My video creation process usually starts with inspiration from everyday life—conversations I’ve had, something I’m personally working on, or even a small moment that made me feel good. I also draw ideas from what my audience is engaging with, current trends, or wellness topics I know people are curious about. Once I have an idea, I outline a loose structure: the key message, the tone I want to hit, and any visuals or transitions I want to include. Then I film in a way that feels natural—usually on my phone, in real lighting, keeping it simple and relatable. Editing is where I shape the vibe—whether it’s calm and soothing or playful and upbeat—with music, text overlays, and pacing.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?
One piece of content that got more engagement than usual was a simple, day-in-the-life video where I shared my realistic wellness routine—nothing fancy, just what I ate, how I moved my body, and little self-care moments throughout the day. I think what made it successful was how relatable and unfiltered it felt. I wasn’t trying to be perfect—I was just being honest about what taking care of myself looks like on an average day. People really responded to that balance of structure and flexibility, and it sparked a lot of comments from viewers who felt seen and encouraged. It reminded me that sometimes the most engaging content isn’t the most produced—it’s the most real.
