What experience do you have managing business growth for creative projects?
While my background isn’t in a traditional creative agency, I’ve built strong experience in driving growth and engagement in environments where brands and customer experience are key. In my university admissions, I contributed to growth by engaging prospective students and helping move them through the decision journey, from initial interest to enrolment. This involved communicating the university’s value clearly, understanding different audience motivations, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience.

How would you build a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities?
I would start by understanding the spectrum of neurodiverse communities through research, as well as direct conversation to gain an insight into these conditions along with experiences. I would make sure to include neurodiverse individuals - whether that’s through advisory panels, hiring, or partnerships so the brand is shaped by lived experience not just observation. Most importantly, I would make sure accessibility is a core design principle, whether this be clear simple language, sensory friendly designs, and for there to be multiple ways to engage. For instance, through text, visual or audio in order to suit different needs.
