What's one brand that's killing their social media strategy? What are they doing so well?
So in India, an app that started as a your go to restaurant/cafe/bar and pub reviewer, boost up to be the most used app for food delivery and now even grocery. The one thing that got them super popular were the relatable ads they made about it being a super fast delivery app and also the aspect of no contact delivery. The video direction about it being suitable for all masses and being super relatable for Indians, got it where its now. Moreover, they also started using Bollywood movie memes to self insert themselves and at times they were hilarious.

How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
While a question like this might be subjective, but Gen Z as whole would like to work in a space that’s open and accepting. The community where there is more learning and development than just competitions.
In terms of their career, GenZ has a more hands on approach and they often like to explore various areas of there interests rather than just jumping into one profession.
