What strategies would you use to gather feedback from customers about their experience with our samples?

To ensure success as a Ghia Brand Ambassador, I would take a hands-on and engaging approach to introduce the brand to the campus community through live events, sampling opportunities, and in-store activations. By showcasing my knowledge of Ghia and its values, I would effectively communicate why the product stands out. At events, I would create a lively and memorable atmosphere, where I can build genuine connections with attendees and share the story behind Ghia. For live events, I’d host a series of engaging, interactive sessions where I can provide product tastings, explain the flavor profile, and discuss how Ghia fits into various lifestyles (especially among students and young adults). I would aim to educate attendees on its benefits while making the experience fun. At on-premise activations, such as at popular local venues, I would make sure to communicate the unique qualities of Ghia and encourage people to engage with the product, perhaps offering them a creative Ghia cocktail/mocktail, adding a personal touch to the interactions. Through effective sampling and demos, I’d ensure that people connect directly with the product, building trust and interest. By knowing the product thoroughly, answering questions in-depth, and presenting it in creative ways, I’d maximize its reach in these events. At in-store demos, I would focus on elevating the shopping experience by bringing the fun atmosphere of the Ghia brand into the stores, demonstrating how it can be incorporated into consumers’ day-to-day lives. In addition, having a background in bartending (even if not required) would give me an edge in curating exciting drinks and concoctions that showcase Ghia’s versatility while creating lasting impressions on the customers. The key would be to balance enthusiasm, education, and brand experience to establish a strong, genuine presence in each engagement.

What would you do to ensure Saint James Tea becomes a recognizable and loved brand on your campus?

At first I would create a strategy that revolves around engagement, education, and consistency. First, I’d organize tasting events where students could try different tea flavors and learn about their unique benefits, such as relaxation, focus, or wellness. This hands-on experience would help students connect with the product personally. Next, I’d collaborate with student influencers or campus organizations, such as wellness or foodie groups, to host tea-tasting sessions or spread the word on social media. This way, I could tap into their established audiences and create a buzz. I’d also engage with students through campus campaigns—for example, offering free samples around exam time or hosting a tea-themed study break, where Saint James Tea is paired with snacks. Sharing user-generated content from these events, with student testimonials about their favorite flavors, would build authenticity and excitement. Lastly, I’d ensure consistent presence on social media, showcasing creative posts about how Saint James Tea fits into students' routines—whether it's a soothing tea during a study session or an energizing blend before class. This would build awareness and make the brand relatable to students, ensuring it becomes a beloved part of their daily lives on campus.
