I would increase engagement on TikTok by posting frequently and staying top of trending sounds and hashtags. I also believe that engaging with your community plays a big part in how well your Tiktok does. I would be sure to reply and like comments, and follow and engage with creators that have similar gaols!

I think keeping a positive attitude no matter the situation is key to creating a positive environment. When dealing with negative comments its important to not respond with more negativity. While constructive criticism is important, trolling and hate threatens the integrity of the safe space every brand strives to create, therefore I believe the appropriate acction would be to delete the comment, or block the account if negative comments are reacurrent.
