Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
My journey related to gut health started when I Started to experience intense bloating which has significantly impacted my day-to-day life. I started to reach out to specialists to potentially help my diet. With incorporating, probiotic rich foods, like Greek yogurt into my diet I’ve slowly seen a change with feeling less bloated. I found that focusing on better gut health led to a lifestyle change. I also noticed improvements in my mood and immune system.
