If you had unlimited Saint James product, plus access to assets like coolers, merch, and a small budget, what activation would you plan on your campus — and how would you make sure people actually show up?
If I had unlimited Saint James product, access to coolers, merch, and a small budget, I would plan a campus activation called “Saint James Chill & Connect Night,” designed as a multi-sorority sisterhood experience. As a member of Alpha Phi, I understand how important sisterhood events and cross-chapter relationships are, so the goal would be to create a shared space for connection, socializing, and community across all sororities on campus while naturally integrating the Saint James brand. The setup would include branded cooler stations as the centerpiece, a self-serve drink area, and a visually appealing lounge space with seating, string lights, and photo backdrops. The environment would be designed to feel like a summer social lounge that is both welcoming and highly Instagrammable. To increase engagement, I would include interactive elements such as a Polaroid photo wall, a branded photo booth, and “sisterhood prompt” cards to encourage conversation between different chapters. Limited-edition Saint James merch would be available only at the event to drive excitement and exclusivity. To ensure strong attendance, I would partner with Panhellenic Council and sorority leadership to promote it as a campus-wide Greek life sisterhood event. I would use RSVP sign-ups with limited capacity to create urgency and exclusivity, along with Instagram teasers, countdowns, and aesthetic previews of the setup. I would also encourage sororities to coordinate attendance together and build hype across chapters. People would attend because it offers more than a brand activation—it creates a shared social experience across sororities, combining community, aesthetics, and exclusive merch in a way that feels fun, memorable, and aligned with campus Greek life culture.
