Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
Tensions were high and communication between me and the client couldn’t go anywhere unless we cooled down so I asked if there was anything I could do to make the tensions or problem go down and after I did I explained to them the whole ordeal of what went down. With tensions calmer there was room to communicate better and understand the whole situation.
