I would create engaging content that combines fitness and humor by mixing real gym lifestyle with a very relatable humor. For example, I’d film a serious “locked-in” fitness routine, then casually reveal that my secret weapon is a bowl of Man Cereal instead of some crazy supplement stack, which will show the viewers  that you don’t always need something super complicated or something that tastes bad. Sometimes you just need a high-protein cereal that actually is very simple and tastes good. Simple yet very effective.

Yes, I have worked on UGC TikTok campaigns before, and it was a fun and interesting experience. Because it was something I genuinely love making content, so being able to create videos that feel authentic while still helping a brand connect with its audience was really fun and interesting.
