What excites you most about the opportunity to work alongside me and support multiple aspects of my brand—from fitness and fashion to content and community?

What excites me most is the opportunity to move with you, not behind you, but alongside you. I see your brand not just as fitness, fashion, or content. I see it as a movement that aligns with my vision on content creators and creative assistants.

I will help execute your vision with precision. If you need a new snippet of your podcast, I'll produce it, subtitle it, and post it within 24 hours. If a launch is imminent, I will coordinate every element, every text, every deadline without being asked twice. I will turn your best-performing posts into email content, your behind-the-scenes content into viral snippets, and your podcasts into great short content on TikTok and Shorts.

I've done this for my platforms. I manage cooking channels on YouTube and TikTok, uploading 1-minute edits every week, recorded and prepared on the same day, while researching data and maintaining consistency. I like busyness. I like strategy. And I love building something great with a woman who rewrites the rules. That's what I do.

And I'm ready.

What experience do you have with Content creation and editing?

The kitchen was hot. My mother stood in front of the stove, flipping golden pieces of fried chicken, while I crouched nearby, adjusting the tripod to get the perfect angle. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was ours. It was the beginning of "Ryori Time", our cooking channel. And I wasn't just recording recipes, I was building something bigger: a story, a rhythm, a brand.

I became the director, editor, and voice actor. I scheduled our recording sessions for one day of recording content with my mom to keep our weekly posting schedule on track for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. That meant making good use of every second. The 1-minute format is not easy. Every frame had to have a purpose. I kept it concise, made the visuals stand out, made sure the audio was recorded with the right microphone using Spotify for Podcasters, and added layered background music to keep the energy alive. I did all the editing in CapCut and used Canva for interesting elements like cooking tips.

Two of our videos reached the first 1.6k views across multiple platforms. it wasn't by chance. I've researched the psychology of search trends like why people like to watch cooking videos, when they watch them, and what grabs attention in less than 60 seconds. I didn't just create content, but I designed an experience.

And it's not the first time I've done this. I brought the same precision and discipline when I volunteered on a UNDP digital campaign to empower youth in Asia-Pacific. That taught me how to create stories that move people, not just scrolling content.

For me, content creation is equal parts strategy and soul. I don't just make things—I make them meaningful.

"How do you stay organized and prioritize when juggling multiple projects at once? Can you share an example of a time you managed multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously?

When managing multiple projects, I have always believed in a balance between planning, efficiency, and flexibility. The key is to know the goal and break it down into actionable steps promptly.

For example, on my and my mom's cooking channel, Ryori Time, I committed to uploading a new video every week on YouTube and TikTok. The schedule is hectic, especially since I manage content creation for two platforms simultaneously, but the thrill of building something from scratch keeps me motivated. Every week, I shoot the content while ensuring that every detail of the recipe is covered in the 1-minute duration required for Shorts and TikTok. This time limit is crucial; every second must count, which means careful planning and deliberate shooting to ensure the content is engaging and informative.

Once the footage is complete, it's time to edit. I make sure to enhance every visual, sound, and music element so that the final video is better and more concise. I also stay engaged with my audience by interacting through comments to maintain the relationship and encourage more engagement with each new post. Balancing all of this with volunteer commitments and other projects requires a careful approach to scheduling and task management.

To keep things running smoothly, I use tools like Google Calendar and Trello to map out deadlines, content ideas, and editing schedules. By always staying ahead of content planning and staying organized with task management, I ensure that everything runs smoothly, even when there are many moving parts. It's this combination of creativity, discipline, and flexibility that I will deliver for consistent, high-quality content while still having room to adapt when needed.
