I believe there are various wellness and beauty brand that have great social media presence. However one brand that has caught my attention is Glossier. Glossier takes advantage of their customer feedback to provide social proof and to improve their product development. Glossier also engage with their customer through social media, for example they encourage their users to share their skincare and/or makeup routine, creativity and so forth. I personally believe that this makes customer feel that they are being heard and valued. Glossier is also to collaborate with influencers such as Olivia Rodrigo, I believe that collaborating with influencers or celebrity really helped them grow their customers and gain credibility within the beauty community.
