I have had several valuable experiences engaging with consumers in retail environments, both through formal jobs and volunteer fundraisers. I worked part-time in retail where I was responsible for assisting customers, restocking shelves, managing the register, and helping shoppers find products that best suited their needs. This role taught me how to listen actively, answer questions clearly, and build a positive rapport with a wide range of people. Outside of work, I also participated in school and community fundraisers where we had to sell items like snacks, crafts, or merchandise to raise money for various causes. These fundraisers often involved approaching people, explaining the purpose of our campaign, and persuading them to support us, all while handling cash or tracking orders. Whether in a store or out in the community, I learned how important it is to stay friendly, professional, and helpful when representing a brand or cause. These experiences helped me grow more confident in my communication skills and more adaptable in different customer-facing situations.

I would highlight how refreshing and clean it tastes, especially compared to other coconut water brands, and mention that it is not from concentrate and is sustainably sourced. On social media, I would post aesthetic photos or short videos of the drink, especially emphasize its sleek packaging and tropical vibe, and tag the brand to increase engagement. I would also host small tastings at local gatherings, club meetings, or fitness classes to give people a chance to try it themselves. Collaborating with local wellness-focused businesses such as yoga studios or cafés could also help introduce CoAqua to a broader audience. I would tailor the message depending on the group.
