Interview Questions
W Labs
Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?
Yes, I’ve worked with W Labs previously through the Home From College campaign, which gave me great insight into the brand’s tone and audience. I created content that aligned with their voice and really enjoyed being part of the creative process. In addition, I run a fashion-focused Instagram account (@rico_109) where I consistently post, engage with my community, and collaborate with other creatives. These experiences have helped me develop skills in social media strategy, influencer outreach, and content creation from both a brand and creator perspective.

What influencers should W Labs work with in 2026?
For 2026, I think W Labs would benefit from working with male influencers who have bold, high-energy. These creators are confident, unfiltered, and know how to capture attention while still driving strong engagement.
Some great fits could include:
Bradley Martyn – Brings high-impact fitness content with a loyal following.
Danny Duncan – Known for his comedic, viral content and strong fanbase.
Teezo Touchdown – Creative, visually striking, and aligns with bold design.
Up-and-coming lifestyle creators on TikTok and YouTube who blend entertainment with real influence not just follower counts.
These types of creators could bring a fresh, disruptive energy to W Labs and help expand reach across new audiences.
