Any platform that is easy to use and low cost is very popular with students and younger adults. Many platforms (like Netflix) have recently started to raise costs to $20 for their "premium" plans while at the same time they have been removing content and everything on there seems to be filler and not something people would actually watch. Currently, I have been watching a lot of content on youtube and apple tv+ since they are free or low cost and have lots of shows that I am interested in.

Having an easy to use and simple website/app would help get a lot of attention since millennials and gen z both stress how the app looks and how easy it is to use. Being able to imput your information once and then quickly being able to change the design with multiple pre-set templates would be a huge plus for many people and would make the software extremely user friendly. Very often I would spend a lot of time working on my resume and then realizing the design doesn't fit my personality and I would have to completely restart.
