I also collaborated with micro-influencers and leveraged user-generated content, encouraging customers to post their thrifted looks and tag the store. For brand awareness, I focused heavily on storytelling and education about sustainable fashion’s impact, connecting emotionally with my followers. Consistent posting, interactive Instagram Stories (polls, Q&As), and giveaways helped build loyalty and expanded my reach organically.
