How do you approach debugging a complex web application?
I approach debugging a complex web application by first reproducing the issue to clearly understand it, then checking browser console and network logs to identify errors or failed requests. Next, I isolate whether the problem is in the frontend, backend, database, or an external service, use logging and breakpoints to trace the data flow, fix the root cause, and finally test thoroughly to ensure the issue is fully resolved and does not reoccur.
