What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity means 100% honesty. For example with a skincare brand: No filters in ads, using real people that might have acne, dark spots, enlarged pores, etc. I would also expect transparency about the ingredients included. Also, not claiming for a product to change your skin overnight. Promoting consistent use of the product to see results.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
You create FOMO and social proof with herd mentality, essentially making the customer believe they are the only person who isn't using this product. Then, I would have a limited time sale on the site to give the customer a sense of urgency. Also backing the science behind CBD with a doctors recommendation included on the packaging or website could boost social proof due to a backing from a reliable source.
