Content Partnerships Intern

Vidovo Profile Image

What experience do you have that is relevant to this GIG?

Through my leadership roles across multiple campus organizations, I’ve led content strategy, recruitment marketing, and digital growth initiatives that directly align with content partnerships and outreach. For the Undergraduate Mentorship Program, I built and executed a social media growth strategy that increased engagement and helped us gain 200+ followers in a short timeframe. I created consistent, value-driven content highlighting mentorship impact, student spotlights, and program benefits, ensuring messaging was clear, community-focused, and growth-oriented. As a leader in our DEIB organization, Delta Sigma Pi (business frat), and Delta Gamma (sorority), I independently ran recruitment marketing campaigns across Instagram. I developed graphics, wrote captions, planned posting calendars, and tracked engagement metrics to optimize performance. For DSP recruitment in particular, I promoted professional events, coffee chats, and case workshops, helping drive turnout and visibility across campus. Additionally, through our School Planner initiative, I helped design and promote digital resources to improve accessibility and organization for students, focusing on clarity, usability, and consistent branding. I’ve also supported mental health resource awareness campaigns, creating content that communicates sensitive topics thoughtfully while maintaining engagement and approachability. Across all roles, I’ve combined content creation, community engagement, influencer-style outreach, and performance tracking to drive measurable growth and meaningful partnerships.

Why are you interesting in working with us?

I’m really interested in working with Pacifica Beauty because I’m drawn to brands that combine strong values with strong execution, and Pacifica’s commitment to sustainability and ethical products really stands out. With my background in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional project work through roles at Deloitte, Boeing, and leadership positions on campus, I’ve developed strong organizational and communication skills that translate well into coordinating creators and managing campaign workflows. I’m especially excited about this opportunity because it sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and collaboration, which is exactly where I thrive. I also recently earned my Product Management certification, so I enjoy thinking about how campaigns, users, and data connect to drive real results, and I’d love to apply that mindset to supporting Pacifica’s GIGs and creator partnerships.

How will you ensure all participants of our GIGs are Completing their deliverables on time?

I’d make sure everyone completes their deliverables on time by setting clear expectations upfront, keeping communication consistent, and building accountability into the process. I’d start by outlining timelines, priorities, and success criteria so everyone knows exactly what’s expected. From there, I’d check in regularly, track progress, and address any blockers early so small issues don’t turn into delays. I also think it’s important to keep people motivated and engaged, so I’d make sure participants feel supported and understand how their work contributes to the bigger goal. That combination of structure, communication, and accountability is what keeps projects on track.
