What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?
I'd love to see Anthropologie on HFC. I know that they are quite a big company, but I believe that the voices of college students could help boost their brand and sales even more.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I believe that everyone who might be considered "challenging" is just looking to be heard and seen; my priority is always to help that person with whatever they are struggling with and leave them feeling like their issue has been resolved.
