How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?

I would first try to identify and replicate the issues then provide details of what I was doing when it happened. Then I’d write down the steps of what I thought would happen and what actually happened. I would also include details like my browser and device and include screenshots of any errors messages I’d possible. Then I’d report it all back to the proper place.
