what are ideas you have for a yerba madre branded event?

1. “Fuel Your Finals” Pop-Up Timing: Midterms or finals week. Set up a chill lounge on campus with Yerba Madre samples, study snacks, and cozy seating. Include a “Refuel Station” with free Yerba and branded swag (pens, sticky notes, etc.) that students can take back to the library. Bonus: Quick stress-busting activities (mini yoga/stretch breaks, gratitude wall, or a DJ with focus playlists). 2. “Sip & Social” with Campus Orgs Partner with a student org (business, marketing, sustainability, or cultural club). Create a casual mixer fueled by Yerba Madre. Incorporate icebreakers or games where winners get free cans or limited-edition merch. Highlight Yerba Madre as the “social energy” drink for connecting people. 3. “Morning Energy Walk/Run” Organize a light 2–3 mile campus run/walk with Yerba Madre fueling the start and finish. Provide free samples at the end as a “cool down boost.” Partner with the campus fitness club to co-host. Tie into wellness messaging: Yerba Madre = energy that feels good. 4. “Creative Energy” Open Mic Night Collaborate with the student arts/music community. Host an evening open mic with Yerba Madre as the event sponsor. Serve free cans, give performers branded shoutouts, and make it interactive with a Yerba-themed photo booth. Content gold for social media. 5. “Campus Club Energy Pack” Collab Instead of one event, deliver mini pop-ups at popular club/organization meetings. Bring a Yerba Madre “Energy Pack” with cans + stickers. Quick 5-min intro + group pic shared online = strong brand touchpoint.
