What skills do you have using video editing platforms?
I’m very comfortable using CapCut, Canva, and TikTok to create engaging short-form content. I primarily use CapCut for editing, where I’m skilled in syncing clips to audio, adding captions, using transitions, and incorporating trending effects to maximize engagement. I understand how to structure videos with strong hooks and fast pacing to keep viewers watching.I use Canva to create visually appealing graphics, covers, and branded elements that elevate content and keep it cohesive across platforms. On TikTok, I stay on top of trends, sounds, and editing styles, and I often edit directly in the app to ensure content feels native and performs well. Overall, I’m confident in creating content from start to finish that is both on-brand and optimized for engagement.

What experience do you have creating social media content?
I have strong experience creating social media content on TikTok and Instagram, especially in the lifestyle, wellness, and food space. I focus on producing short-form videos that feel fun, aesthetic, and authentic while still highlighting a product’s key benefits, something that aligns really well with Protein Pints’ “guilt-free indulgence” positioning. I’ve worked with 30+ brands and create content from start to finish, including ideation, filming, editing, and posting, often with quick turnaround. For a brand like Protein Pints, I would focus on content that blends cravings with functionality, showing the ice cream in a way that looks indulgent and satisfying while naturally incorporating its protein benefits. Examples of content I create include taste tests, “day in my life” routines, post-workout treats, and aesthetic product shots that make viewers want to try it immediately. I also have experience capturing real-time content at events and activations, which translates well into creating engaging, trend-driven content that performs. Overall, my goal is to make the product feel like a must-have part of someone’s routine—both for taste and for hitting their fitness and wellness goals.
