What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
Strategies such as tag a friend and enter to win or comment "X" emoji below are all great simple effective ways to gain engagement with an audience. Tagging a friend to win is especially great as per every one person who see's the post they are prompting another person to see it, doubling our exposure.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
Targeting different demographics and international audiences would have to be relevant to their interests. With international audiences it is important to make sure our translations and efforts are coming across if there is a language difference. Being aware of the struggles each audience faces and being sensitive to that issue is especially important for International advertising today.

We want to be sure to not over exhaust our target audience while staying top of mind for them. It would be important to switch up the content to avoid creative exhaust while staying on brand and true to our values.
