I adore the idea of being able to help provide a group of people with the confidence they need to go about daily life and reach their fullest potential. I am a firm believer that the more I take care of my body, the better I feel all around in daily life and it helps me to push myself in areas outside of beauty into school, work, and relationships. I hope that working for a company that promotes self-care and confidence allows me to help other people take the steps they need to feel their best by looking their best.

I have taken on many leadership roles in the past, including leading a group of 25 as a coordinator or a Middle School Leadership Workshop in my city. As well as being a coordinator I have worked on leadership workshop and other executive staffs before, giving insight on not only what I enjoy from a leader, yet also how to properly serve as one.

I would focus in on a university’s on-campus groups and try and spread it through approaching those in the more dominated groups on campus and having them do a trial within the group. Not only will people feel more invited as their friends are using it too, yet take it into their other social groups as well, outside of campus.
