Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.
My approach is very relationship focused because every creator is different and has their own communication style, goals, and priorities. I try to adapt to what works best for each person, whether that means being more organized and detailed, quick and casual, or more collaborative. I also think it’s important to understand what each creator is trying to achieve so I can support them in the most helpful way possible and build a strong, genuine working relationship.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?
I spend a lot of time on TikTok and other social platforms, so I naturally keep up with trends, creators, and what people are talking about online. I like following different creator communities, seeing what content is gaining traction, and paying attention to the kind of humor, storytelling, and trends audiences connect with most.
