What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?

I check the watch time and drop-off point first. If people are leaving at the same spot, I know what to fix. I'm not precious about it. If something isn't working, I try a different hook or format and iterate from there.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?

I look for what in the brief I actually connect with personally and lead with that angle. If I'm forcing it, it shows on camera. I try to find the genuine reason someone would care about the product and build the video around that.

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?

I start by thinking about what would make me stop. Usually it's a bold claim, an unexpected fact, or a relatable frustration. For books, I'd lead with the transformation or a line that hits emotionally before even mentioning the title.
