PLEASE SHARE A stem TOPIC that YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT AND HOW YOU WOULD INCORPORATE IT INTO YOUR CONTENT.
One STEM topic I’m really passionate about is neurodevelopment, especially how the brain grows and changes in early life. I’ve spent a lot of time researching autism and studying neuroscience, so I naturally gravitate toward anything that helps explain how our brains shape who we become. In my content, I’d incorporate this by breaking down complex ideas in a way that feels simple, interesting, and actually relatable. For example, I could talk about how certain parts of the brain develop, why sensory processing differs from person to person, or how everyday habits impact brain health. I like making science feel approachable, so I’d tie these concepts into real-life examples, visuals, or quick explanations that people can easily connect with. It keeps the content educational but still fun and accessible.

What are you up to next semester (internships, extra-curriculars etc.)?
Next semester I’ll be continuing the things I’m already involved in. I’m staying active in my mental health club, continuing my research on children with autism, and volunteering with adults with autism. On top of that, I’ll be finishing up my STEM courses so I can complete my neuroscience degree and wrap up my pre-med requirements. Since it’s my last semester, I’ll have fewer classes and a lot more free time, which gives me more flexibility to stay involved and take on new opportunities.
