How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
Since every month I (luckily) have my period I have given myself to learn each phase of my menastrual cycle and try to avoid to reduce it just to my mnestruation, so I consider that I know pretty much about how the body is functioning and why it´s doing certains things
